Approximately 60–75 minutes

Personalized Wellness Planning Session:

Approximately 30–45 minutes

Held approximately 1 week later, this session focuses on your individualized wellness recommendations and supportive lifestyle plan. Together, we explore realistic and sustainable practices tailored to your unique constitution, goals, and current season of life.

Integration & Follow-Up Session:

Approximately 20–30 minutes

Held approximately 2 weeks later, this session provides accountability, reflection, adjustments, and ongoing guidance as you begin integrating supportive changes into your everyday life.

Ongoing Support Throughout the Month
