I get it because I’ve been there.

After 21 years as a nurse, I was “collecting minor diagnoses”: migraines, menstrual irregularities, bloating, allergies, worsening anxiety and insomnia — all considered minor or treatable, but steadily more disruptive to my daily life.

My body was trying to tell me something, and I needed to listen.

Ayurveda transformed my life.  Plain and simple! By embracing simple daily rhythms, mindful self-care, and most importantly, understanding my unique constitution, I went from exhausted and frustrated to balanced, energized, and empowered.

Who I am

  • It all began with a quiet whisper from my heart: “There is a different path meant for you.” Over time, that whisper grew louder until it could no longer be ignored.

    I know firsthand how challenging career and lifestyle shifts can be, because I’ve walked that path myself.

    My mission is to help others feel the freedom of living their unique path—a lifestyle that brings ease, balance, and alignment.

    When we live in harmony with our natural rhythms, health and well-being naturally follow. This is the work I love and I am so passionate to share it with others!

  • Group intakes happen 2–3 times a year, guided by the rhythms of my own life. At dusty rose lifestyle, we honour flow, seasons, and our natural cyclical rhythms. The next intake will be announced approximately 2 months before we begin. Join the waitlist here!

  • Absolutely not! Perfection is unattainable—and chasing it usually leads to frustration and giving up. The dusty rose approach is real, human, and flexible. Your life is unique, and this work is about honouring that, not forcing yourself into someone else’s version of “wellness.” When you’re supported to be yourself, that’s when you truly shine.

  • This program is different because it’s designed for real life. Rather than quick fixes or rigid routines, it offers steady, supported integration over six months. With practical tools, live connection, and community support, the focus is on creating momentum and lasting change—so wellness becomes something you live, not something you start and stop.

  • Absolutely! All calls are recorded, and replays are available. The call schedule will be finalized at the beginning of each intake to accommodate YOUR schedules! Typical days/times are Mon-Thurs 5-7pm. Come in your PJs, with your baby, at the hockey rink or with your camera off — every version of you is welcome!

  • You’ll have lifetime access to all pre-recorded videos, your digital workbook, and my private Facebook community—so you can revisit any module at your own pace and continue your journey long after the six-month program ends.
